Cylinder Bar Shading

This example demonstrates using cylinder shading effect for bars. It also demonstrates brushed metal background, rounded frame, and axis labels on both sides of the plot area.

The brushed silver background is achieved by using perlchartdir::brushedSilverColor to create the brushed silver color, then use it in XYChart.XYChart as the chart background color.
The rounded frame is configured using BaseChart.setRoundedFrame.
The cylinder shading effect is configured by using BarLayer.setBarShape with CircleShape.
XYChart.syncYAxis is used to show two synchronized y-axes on both sides of the plot area.
Axis.setColors is used to set the y-axes to Transparent, so only the axis labels are visible.
The axis label font is set to Arial Bold using Axis.setLabelStyle.
