Gets or sets the CDML tooltip prefix.

WPFChartViewer supports both standard tooltips and CDML Tooltips. The CDMLToolTipPrefix contains the text that substitutes the <*cdml*> tag in a CDML tooltip. The default CDML tooltip prefix is as follows, which represents a container with white background, grey border, rounded corners and charcoal grey font color.
